WASHINGTON – Today, global tech trade association ITI joined more than 40 other organizations on an amicus brief in support of the Save Jobs USA v. U.S. Department of Homeland Security case, which is currently pending in D.C. District Court.

“Immigrants are drivers of innovation and will continue to be essential to America’s economic growth as it recovers from the pandemic,” said Jason Oxman, ITI’s President and CEO. “The H-4 Employment Authorization Document (H-4 EAD) program supports working families and communities across the country and enables U.S. businesses in all industries to recruit and retain top talent. ITI is proud to support this critical program and efforts to keep it intact to preserve predictability for employers, employees, and families.”
