Marco Leto Barone
Marco Leto Barone is a Senior Manager of Policy in ITI’s Europe team, based in Brussels. He focuses on advancing ITI’s policy priorities in Europe on innovative technologies and data issues. As such, he coordinates ITI’s engagement in Europe on key policy issues such as Artificial Intelligence and data governance.
Before joining ITI, Marco worked on tech policy as a Blue Book trainee at the European Commission’s DG Connect. Prior to that, he worked on EU public affairs for a consultancy firm, focusing on technology, consumer issues, and financial services. Marco has a background in EU Affairs, and he has worked and studied in the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Spain.
