WASHINGTON – ITI, the global voice of the tech sector, announced it hired two new additions to its Washington, D.C. team. Terri O’Brien will join the organization as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Administration and Kelsey Guyselman will join as Senior Director, Government Affairs.

“For more than three decades, Terri has led the financial and administrative operations for a range of non-profits,” said Jason Oxman, President and CEO of ITI. “We’re delighted to have her experience and acumen help advance ITI’s organizational goals.”

O'Brien was most recently the Vice President for Finance and Administration and Treasurer at Resources for the Future, a leading nonprofit research institution, where she led the accounting, finance, human resources, information technology, and administrative operations. Prior to her time at RFF, she served as the Chief Operating Officer at Independent Sector and as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Administration at BoardSource. She began her nonprofit career at World Wildlife Fund, holding progressively senior financial and operational roles during her 15-year tenure. O'Brien earned a degree in Communications from Towson University and successfully completed the Uniform CPA Examination in Washington, D.C.

“Kelsey brings deep policy and congressional experience that will bolster our advocacy efforts, especially in the areas of broadband and cybersecurity,” said Oxman. “Her insight and expertise will be a valuable resource for our member companies as we continue to advance policies that encourage innovation across the United States.”

Guyselman was most recently the Senior Policy Counsel at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, where she advanced the administration's priorities related to technology and innovation. Her portfolio included broadband, spectrum, Internet policy and other telecommunications issues. Prior to her time at the White House, Guyselman served as Counsel to the Committee on Energy and Commerce in the US House of Representatives, where she worked on communications and technology matters. She was also a law clerk at CTIA-The Wireless Association. She graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a degree in Journalism and Political Science, and has her J.D. from the Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law.
